Professional, polite and friendly. The installation crew did an amazing job installing the windows which most had stucco bands which they did not damage. My neighbor used another company and they damaged the stucco bands. It cost him $4k to have them replaced. Highly recommended
Edit post: Eric from WW reached out and he is amazing! He was our sales rep on the original order 5-7 years ago. He was able to check into my current order with the mfg. company and ensure that I would receive it within the timeframe I was originally given. He first told me that my order wouldn't be here until the end of May unlike what I was originally told when I placed the order. He went above & beyond to get my window in earlier and he responded within 30 minutes with this information! Great customer service. Brian and his crew are always happy to respond should any issues arise. Their windows are excellent. We noticed an immediate difference in our internal temperatures after the installation. I highly recommend their products and services.
