“Jeff and his crew recently did a major exterior renovation on our home adding Hardie Board & Batten siding to a 1960's concrete block home and replaced three windows. I had some unique requirements by requesting that they add exterior insulation between the CMUs and the siding and specifying that he use Zip R-sheathing from Huber which isn't readily available here in Jax.<br><br>Jeff figured out the design, managed all the permitting, was great at communicating, and had the whole project done within about 8 weeks. Some of the quotes felt like they were nickel and diming (ever detail was itemized) and one company refused to quote. Jeff gave me a price, didn't worry about the minor details, and if something needed to be fixed, he took care of it.”
