“We purchased a 93 yr old beach house in Neptune Beach, so the question was renovate or new build? This necessitated us to pick a builder/contractor to assist us on our journey. We noticed multiple home builder signs on various projects in and around the beach community. We met with a few and selected Bluewave Builders. Why? They understood the importance of the build to us, the emotional component and the commitment to each other.We started this journey in the Summer of 2022, covid, supply chain issues, availability of contractors/subs and working with the City of Neptune Beach for permits. After meeting with Paul Zebouni and his team, we signed a contract to replace the existing home with a new build. His employees, his team of preferred subs and list of positive references sold us.While we've never built a home, our project manager, Scott Kahlig, was the consummate professional. No job is ever straight forward (so we've heard) and we worked together to solve the challenges. That said, Scott kept us informed, let us know in advance when decisions needed to be made (timeline), supported and offered insight/experiences where required/asked. I felt, Scott, had our back and worked tirelessly in our behalf. And BTW even after we received our certificate of occupancy, he was readily available to support our questions and needs.In addition to Scott the whole support team of Bluewave were extremely considerate. As you know new home construction in a dense neighborhood like Neptune Beach can cause your neighbors some discomfort. Noise, Construction site trucks etc.. all my neighbors thought the team were considerate, responsive and cordial.So our experience as well as our neighbors was spectacular. I'd use Bluewave Builders again, if the situation arises.Give them an opportunity, you'll be pleased.“
