I did a week-long drop-in at CrossFit AMI and this place was amazing! From the moment I walked in, Kirk and members made me feel like part of the family. The programming was top-tier, well-structured, challenging, and thoughtfully scaled to push you without overwhelming. Each workout had a clear purpose, and the coaches did a great job explaining the intent and helping everyone get the most out of it. I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area. Had a blast and will be returning every time I come back to the island!

I recently hosted a girls night cocktail making class for my birthday! There were 13 ladies in the cutest homey-feeling bar setting! Ryan Moss is a highly competent, experienced, very nice builder. He and his staff are excellent in communications, which is a must for this kind of work. They try to make the building process as easy as possible and will walk you through the construction. In the beginning, Ryan and I reviewed the blueprints in detail to determine if anything needed to be changed/switched. When the final rough framing was complete, we walked through the house to finalize all the plumbing, lighting, electrical switches, electrical outlets, vanities, counters, door orientation, and laundry room outline. The build was planned to take 12 month to complete, but it took 26 months. There was a lack of labor availability, so what should have took 4 weeks to rough frame took 5 months. I wasn't impressed with our electrical contractor, Creative Electrical, which was the highest bid for the job thinking they would be the best, but they made mistakes which cost me more money.
The only drawback with Moss construction is they have more work than they can handle, so some things are slow to complete.
We have worked with Kern & Gilder on several projects. The staff and owners are very knowledgeable, have a great work ethic and are a pleasure to work with.
I’ve been having my nails done at Zen for many years. I have dip done for my finger nails and I get the collagen spa pedicure (which is wonderful)! All the nail technicians do a great job.
