Prompt, efficient & friendly experience. I had two youngmen (Marco & Steven) from hvac dept make repairs on my ac unit. Both were polite youngmen. Marco worked hard for hours to get my problem resolved. When they left, the area was in pristine condition. My system works great now!! Thank you

That was in fact the worst commercial I have ever seen.I don't know who at the company thought it would be a great idea to jump on the "lets make the man in the commercial a total Id#!t" bandwagon, but it just makes me want to never use your business. Get an original idea for a commercial. Why would anyone call you when your commercial basically says "if you call us you are a chump and your wife will think you're an id%$t"Update: yes I know it was supposed to be a joke, but the overall trend in television advertising has been exactly that.
