“Adding a remark about our last installment of a new HVAC system. In a hurry to get done I just realized tech didn’t hook up my filters. I went to check it and the wire was laying in the duct behind the filter. Very pissed right now. I’m having my UV lights hooked up tomorrow and mad that now this tech has to do someone else’s job. Your quality of service has gone down some. Service is now a 3 star and would tell future customers to make sure you watch the technician. Complete BS that you have to have tech’s come back to finish the job.“

“We replaced our Carrier 16 seer 5 ton with a Trane 5 ton 20 seer for our 5 zone a/c system. The crew was great as always. this is our 3rd Nuccio a/c system for our home. Nuccio did the zone system when we built our house in 1996 and then the Carrier 2013 replacement and now the 2026 Trane True Comfort Inverter multi speed compressor and air handler replacement. Fingers crossed the Trane Inverter compressor technology works as well as Trane says it does.“

No charge as it was under full warranty“
