I live in Colorado but own a home in Clearwater as well. AC kept turning off on a Saturday but a technician was able to get to the home on Sunday. Alex Ayes was great! He called me with the issue right away and took care of it within a short time. He also gave me good recommendations on prolonging the life of my AC unit, he also removed the dead lizard on top of the outside compressor.
Alex went above and beyond the service call and I would Totally recommend ACS Home Services to anyone!!

He even took the time to dig up the area at no charge just to confirm the issue before giving me an estimate. That alone showed me he genuinely cared about helping instead of just trying to sell me something.
His estimate was fair, he explained everything in a way I could actually understand, and he never… read full review
