I called HomePros because my dad's AC went down. I called into the office and spoke with Alex around 10:30 am and he was super helpful! By 2:30pm that day my dad called me saying the work was completed, the technician was knowledgeable and professional, and the house was already cooling down. The price was more than fair too! Glad I called them, they really came through for my folks!😁
HomePros went out of their way to get me back up and running after a power surge took out my coil and compressor. The parts were covered under warranty however, not available for 10 days. They installed a loaner unit that day and just swapped in my warranty unit once the new parts came in. The install team was great!
