We recently had an HVAC system installed by AC PROS. Our experience was positive, and there are a few points that really stood out.Their salesman (Mark) was knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. When he said he would follow-up, he did. He was always courteous and we felt very comfortable dealing with him.The installation crew was also a positive. They showed up on time, kept us up on their progress, and were easy to deal with. In addition, the system has performed well, and is very quiet when it runs.All in all my wife and I would recommend AC PROS without hesitation.

We have used AC Pros for our repair needs on 2 separate units. They arrive on time, as scheduled, and the techs are always courteous, professional and respectful of our property including clean-up and hauling away old equipment.In addition, they worked directly with the manufacturer to insure the parts that were covered under the warranty were received without additional costs.We highly recommend for both preventative maintenance and repair!
