I have been a customer of Parker Aire since 2023. Excellent customer service, reasonably priced, and most important, they’re honest and do not upsell or manufacture “problems” to sell services. Brian was my service tech for a routine maintenance on 7/31. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and also put booties over his shoes to keep the floors clean—a thoughtful touch that was appreciated. I highly recommend Parker Aire to all of my friends, family, and neighbors!

Brian was a great technician !! He arrived in the appropriate time window that was told to us !! He did a great job on our air conditioning system !! I think he deserves a raise or maybe a couple days off !! He did an excellent job taking care of our AC !!

Brian came to our house to service our air-conditioning system. He was very thorough and knowledgeable with our system. Parker Aire originally installed our system and they have been a pleasure to work with.
