Joseph was wonderful. He was diligent and thorough and explained everything he did. He removed an existing evaporator coil and installed a new one which required many steps and is time consuming. He took time to make sure everything was performing perfectly at each step. He welcomed questions and his knowledge and skill was apparent. He cleaned up and removed all old equipments and packing and left everything looking great.5 stars for sure!!
Jonathan and Ryan were the install team on new replacement AC unit. They arrived on time got right to work and were clean and organized through the whole process. They did not waste time and in fact were a joy to watch as I enjoy observing a craftsman at work. Of course I did not monitor the whole time but checked in periodically. At the end they were very methodical to check all the components, electrical, AC, and explained everything to me.Thanks guys for a job well done. The new unit is quiet and I expect a good service life.
Frank did a great job of servicing our A/C and heater. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He made good recommendations and our A/C and heater are running like new again. I highly recommend Certified and they will be servicing our equipment from now on.
