“We had a small area of organic growth in the corner of a windowsill that was highly suspicious for mold. It did not look to be too serious as the area was very small and there was no increase in growth from June until September but we wanted to get the area evaluated just to be safe . We had a mold restoration company come out the day prior and quoted us $2,500 for demo/cleaning, we would be responsible for repairing/repainting! Wendell Who came by, looked at the area, the pictures from June until now and saw that there wasn’t any progression in growth and could be taken care of for a fraction of the original quote. Five star rating for not taking advantage of a situation of an area that was very obviously organic growth and running with it and instead providing a simple quick easy solution.”
