Bill and Justin are skilled in all the duties performed for me. Very courteous and attentive to yours needs. I would use Devoted again. Shawn was a great organizer detailed in all he did.
I had the unfortunate experience of having a neighbor drive thru my garage door...I called Devoted for an emergency board up and to have someone come out to give a quote to replace/repair all damages. They came out approximately 2 hours later, cut down the hanging garage door and boarded up the opening! Shawn was out a few days later to assess all the damages. It took a while to get everything completed (no fault of Devoted)...during this time Lilibeth and Karla always kept me informed by email and/or phone. Everything was completed as per the estimate, and all the work was exemplary.
The Devoted team was very helpful in assisting me on the remediation project. They allowed me to have peace of mind during the process and their communication was excellent. I was able to address the situation remotely because of the excellent service from Devoted. I would recommend their services.
