“Highly recommend United Group of Port Charlotte! I noticed a musty odor and reached out for an inspection. They were at my house the same day. The inspector ( Rebecca) was very knowledgeable, took time to explain the process, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services. Fast, honest, and reliable.”

“I cannot thank everyone at Southwest Restoration enough for the work they did for me!
December 18th I heard water in my bathroom walls. That was the start of what would take MONTHS to fix. I had the water shut off and a plumber came out immediately. However, I hadn't been in my home since the end of October and dont know how long it was actually going on for. Not only did I hear water in the walls, water was coming up from the floor in the main bedroom. I called my insurance company and they sent someone out to do an inspection. Then, thanks to a referral from a client, I called a Southwest Restoration. What transpired next was months of work and frustration. They were AMAZING!!! Nothing short of fabulous. My insurance company however, was not. They would not communicate in a timely manner nor would they send payments when they said they would. It was a battle to get them to approve the work needed to be done. June 28th I moved back home. The bathrooms look incredible and if anyone needs a contractor I HIGHLY recommend Southwest Restoration, Inc.”
