We recently hired DryZone to manage a water leak and mold remediation situation in our condo. Julio immediately answered my initial call and was on-site within 30 minutes to take a look at the issue, do a moisture reading, and make recommendations for remediation. Julio is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and competent. He got us a written, itemized quote that same day and got his team to begin work the next day. RUDY MARIA MONICA ALEX and their team did a great job in our Condo which got mold and was uninhabitable. They cleaned everything - and worked so hard that we could return in 10 days with a good feeling. Thank you guys - What a job! Also the communication speed throughout the job was outstanding. They were at our place of employment within an hour from when we called for an emergency water issue. The techs went over and above by moving filing cabinets and putting them back after the carpet was dried. Would highly recommend them.
