The team was very friendly and filing a claim was fast and easy. I was able to get my iPad fixed and back within a few hours. I also subscribe to their Asurion+ plan and it has come in handy when having to get other devices fixed like my phone and monitor I attach to my laptop!

My fiancé had a stroke & broke his screen to his phone. I was frantic because if I went to work I needed to be in touch with him to make sure he was safe. Anthony was AMAZING he had the phone fixed & working perfect !! I dropped the phone off at 4pm & it was ready by 10 am the next day!!! THANK YOU Anthony for making this process so easy in a very hectic time in my life. I appreciate it so much!!! I definitely recommend this business.Bridget & Bill
