At 4:00 PM I noticed dripping from my bedroom ceiling under the air conditioner in the attic. I turned it off and called Advanced Air. They could send someone tonight. James, their tech, texted ahead of his arrival with a photo ID and ETA. He fixed my clogged drain and other issues that contributed to the backup. He cleaned up after himself and explained what he did. Very professional and pleasant. I have air. I am cool. It is 7:51. Not bad, not bad at all
So far, so GREAT! They did work on my main home years ago, very skillfully, promptly and priced well. Now they’ve bid on my getaway home (7/5/23)and are installing a new system three days from now. Matt M. came to my parents' house yesterday to perform a maintenance on their Generac generator. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and was happy to answer all their questions. Senior citizens don't always receive the best treatment, so for my parents to be singing Matt's praises for a good 20 minutes (friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, etc), it really meant a lot to me.
