We had used Innovative at my workplace and were extremely pleased. It was a big job, but they fixed it and the price was Significantly lower than 2 other quotes. They came when they said they would and kept up the communication with throughout the process. Yesterday (Sunday) my air went out. The temp in my house steadily climbed up to 93 - yikes! I called three a/c service companies but they were the only ones who called back THAT night. Cheryl told me they could get to me on Monday and would call around noon to let me know a time. Jon and his team are the best around. No nonsense straight shooters who do not BS you with fluff!! They are always busy but prompt!! My AC thermostat went out last night late I called him early Saturday morning and he called me right back. He said they have a very busy day but would get by in the afternoon well about 30 Minutes later he text me and said he had a tech on the way and will be there in 20 minutes!! They had everything repaired and working all before 11am!! Talk about under promising and OVER DELIVERING!!! Wow I highly recommend Innovative Air!!! You will not be disappointed!
