My Ellington Technician, Edward Hall, was the best. He arrived early, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. Brought me up to speed and drove off into the Florida sun. I highly recommend Ellington and Edward Hall.
We are very appreciative of Eddie F. arriving first thing on a Saturday morning and finding the problem that caused our fairly new AC Trane to shut down the night before. He got the job done in what seemed like no time after working systematically through the different protocol steps. He was reassuring and proficient through what was a stressful time for us since we were on time frames with tenants that were arriving on Saturday at noon. Thank you, Eddie!
