“Communication about project and honoring schedule plagued our 10-month long project from day 1. Because we loved our kitchen - ultimately - we didn't complain afterwards but the same problems still exist. We discovered our brand new disposal was leaking (check out the picture) and I reported it 5 days ago to operational manager/ owner Kevin Streets. No response. when our plumber came out he found that the disposal was not securely tightened and had probably been leaking since install. in addition, two electrical boxes were never mounted on the wall so they were sitting in water. Had Kevin responded this could all have been dealt with and no review written, but he chose not to.“
