Eric and his son installed a new AO Smith hot water heater for us. I contacted him in the AM and he arrived and had the water heater installed by 5Pm. We had to go through our warranty company for a leaking toilet. They found this company and I couldn’t be more pleased! He was attentive and listened to my concerns, explained everything he did, and was able to diagnose and fix the toilet in a way that 2 other plumbers were unable to do! He’s located far from my house, but I will gladly pay his travel fee if I ever have any issues in the future. HIGHLY recommend!!Service: Toilet repair

I had water pouring out of my closet floor and had two other plumbers come casually and inspect the situation. The gentleman from Eric’s plumbing gave everything a thorough look and realized that the leak was coming from my AC unit.Both of the other companies wanted to charge me at least $400 to do leak detection and I would have been furious to find out I didn’t even need a plumber.Their honesty has earned my future business. So glad I had three estimates on the situation.
