“The plumber was very personable. He did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to all my friends and acquaintances. He changed the leaky hot and cold faucets to a modern one handler in the shower/tub. The apt was built in 1962, so he accessed it through a crawl space from the kitchen. He did not destroy the tiles that was in front that surrounded the tub/shower. What a neat and professional job.”
“I had a leak in my shower. Honest Plumbing responded the same day. Their careful work and attention to detail made it possible to save over $500 on the repair. They even installed a new shower head for me as well. The gentlemen who came to my home were very considerate and professional. I would recommend this company.”
“Josiah and Ruben were great to work with. Our well pump and pressure tank quit on us and left the house with no water, so we needed a plumber fast. After another plumbing company did not show up, we called for help and got a quick response. Josiah came out later that day to check the problem, explain the repair, and give us a clear quote. By early the next morning, Josiah and Ruben arrived right on time and got to work. They were friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. They walked us through the plumbing work, made sure the new well pump and pressure tank were installed properly, and tested everything before they left. They also pointed out a few other plumbing areas that could need attention down the road, which we really appreciated. It is hard to find dependable service like this, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them for well pump service and any plumbing needs in Winter Haven.”
