“2 weeks ago I hade the most pleasant plumbing experience. I had an issue with a toilet that had not been flushing properly for a long time and I was fed up. I found Victor Plumbing listed on line. I called and they immediately answered. The lady on the phone was professional and immediately able to schedule a service call at a time that was convenient for me.
The morning of the service call, Plumber Joel called ahead to confirm and tell me he was 10 minutes away. He arrived and was very pleasant and smiling. He went right to work, diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained the problem to me. I needed a new toilet. I went out and bought a new toilet immediately ( we live very close to a Lowes). Joel installed the toilet and it worked beautifully. He cleaned up and took away the old toilet as well!
