I have used Averett for 30 years and a half-dozen houses. Always fast, professional, and neat. Billy came by after hours to pump our tank, and we purchased a maintenance plan from him for future use in pumping and filter cleaning. You live in Polk County? You know you need it! We also bought a riser installation package so no more digging! Caleb and Timothy installed those the next day. They were so quick and neat about the installation, you wouldnt know they had been there, except for the riser covers. They even spread the mulch back over the beds. Thanks Averett! You are the best.
