My tech recently has been Cody. He’s always professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what he’s doing. As an example, he was thorough during today’s visit and even went above and beyond by clearing spider webs and finding an additional nest. Great customer service and someone who clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend. If I’m being honest, through the years, all the techs that have come by have been very good. “We have used the service for years and although the workers may come and go, they always do their best, and Nicki is one of their finest. If I’m at home, he always greets me, but he always leaves me information on how to take care of our lawn and shrubs. He’s a gem keep him!“

“Called Gotcha to come out and give a free estimate to remove a raccoon from my mother’s house. She is a 90 year old widow of a military veteran. Christian walked me through the process of trapping and relocating our little friend. He was on time, very professional and personable. He and Micah came out a few days later to set the traps. Again, on time and very friendly. A few hours later, we had a trapped raccoon. I was not there when Micah came back to remove her but he was so great with my mom. Very friendly, polite and caring. They used a thermal heat sensing device pointed at the ceiling so they could validate we had no babies left behind. Really smart and noninvasive way to do that. I could not be more pleased with the quality of service and professionalism from Gotcha. Christian and Micah truly delivered on that old school service and care that is so hard to find these days. And for my 90 year old mom, they were very accommodating on the fees they charged. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them again for myself or friends and family. “After purchasing a new lawn, I went with a different company for treatment and within 6 weeks my lawn was looking dead, and very damaged. I was very upset and had little hope for restoration. I called green solutions and spoke to Timm and he consulted with me about a solution after coming out ASAP and assessing my lawn. He explained to me the recovery method and how long it would take, however after 4 weeks I was still concerned and he happily came back out and reassessed my lawn. Timm was patient and explained to me how lawn recovery worked and told me to be patient and trust the process. I want to say I am so glad I did, because within a few months my lawn was back to being healthy and lushious and green.“

“Found termites in my garage. Luis came out to do an inspection the next day and was very knowledgeable. We set up treatment plan and Patrick came out a few days later to implement. They even put in an additional bait because we found the colony in my yard. Patrick came back to check the bait a week later and remove it. They both were very kind and reassuring. Thanks!“

Since using the Massey GreenUp service we now have a lush green yard. We have very few weeds, especially compared to our neighbors. We will continue with the service. “Marco from Brandon Pest Control came out and provided the most comprehensive free termite inspection to date. He checked the attic, the entire garage, my bedrooms, all while answering my numerous questions during his inspection (no termites found yay!). He is kind, courteous, and handles himself like a total professional. He also explained to me Brandon Pest Control's business model. Their techs all go out to do the estimates (no sales reps trying to make their numbers via up-selling). That same tech also comes out and does the work. We will be hiring Brandon Pest Control / Marco to do the 10yr Termidor termite prevention (trench and pour) along with the annual termite inspection.“
