“Called Gotcha to come out and give a free estimate to remove a raccoon from my mother’s house. She is a 90 year old widow of a military veteran. Christian walked me through the process of trapping and relocating our little friend. He was on time, very professional and personable. He and Micah came out a few days later to set the traps. Again, on time and very friendly. A few hours later, we had a trapped raccoon. I was not there when Micah came back to remove her but he was so great with my mom. Very friendly, polite and caring. They used a thermal heat sensing device pointed at the ceiling so they could validate we had no babies left behind. Really smart and noninvasive way to do that. I could not be more pleased with the quality of service and professionalism from Gotcha. Christian and Micah truly delivered on that old school service and care that is so hard to find these days. And for my 90 year old mom, they were very accommodating on the fees they charged. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them again for myself or friends and family. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!“

He checked the attic, the entire garage, my bedrooms, all while answering my numerous questions during his inspection (no termites found yay!). He is kind, courteous, and handles himself like a total professional. He also explained to me Brandon Pest Control's business model. Their techs all go out to do the estimates (no sales reps trying to make their numbers via up-selling). That same tech also comes out and does the work. We will be hiring Brandon Pest Control / Marco to do the 10yr Termidor termite prevention (trench and pour) along with the annual termite inspection.“
