My tech recently has been Cody. He’s always professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what he’s doing. As an example, he was thorough during today’s visit and even went above and beyond by clearing spider webs and finding an additional nest. They even put in an additional bait because we found the colony in my yard. Patrick came back to check the bait a week later and remove it. They both were very kind and reassuring. Thanks!“
