I have had Juan from Pestbear as my tech for several years now. He is always friendly and professional, and always on time. If there is a delay, he always contacts me to make sure the delay is ok or if the appt. needs to be rescheduled.

Juan is the BEST technician I’ve ever had service my home on any level. Very polite, prompt & efficient. Excellent customer service. Answered all my questions & performed all my services with precision. Pest Bear is blessed to have someone like Juan representing their company.

Yes, he was very pleasant and on time, but I feel that he went through my house very fast. Well, we’ll see if his spray keeps away my bugs and then I’ll be exceptionally happy. I’m not sure what he did outside around my house. He did say he did my house so that’s all I wanted to know.
