I've been using them for over a year. Their responsiveness is great when a random issue arises. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I like that the rep sends me a reminder text the day they are coming out. This gives me a chance to let them know of any concerns I have.

Hawx has been doing my home for about two 2 years. The service is EXTREMELY EXCELLENT. They call and remind me of my appointment. The technicians are very knowledgeable and explains everything to me. And the PRICE is great.

The technician was very thorough and did a good job treating our home. He let me know hours before he arrived and also when he got here, and was very friendly and polite. We have definitely had less issues with pests like Palmetto bugs and ants since we started with Hawx.
