I have to say that I live in Riverview since 2012 and had different companies taking care of my lawn but non like Big-O Pest Control. Adrián who is now incharged of taking care of my yard is very professional and always goes above and beyond to makes sure my yard looks its best. I'm extremely happy with this company and happy that they have personnel like Adrián working for them.

Adair helped us set up several properties of ours in the Riverview area, and our lawns are usually always the greenest in the neighborhood. We also always receive a text message before the technician arrives, and are notified if there are any trouble spots. The customer service is fantastic with the BigO team! Thanks for all you do.

I have been Oscar’s customer for 13 years. I have been through the S&O split and stayed with Oscar and Big-O. The service I have gotten from them is exemplary. They are consistent and professional. When they are at my residence and I go out, their technician thoroughly explains what they will be doing that day and what its intentions and results should be. Any time I have had concerns and called them they have sent their area manager, Adair, out to see the problem or a technician to treat the issue at no additional cost to me.
