Called Gotcha to come out and give a free estimate to remove a raccoon from my mother’s house. She is a 90 year old widow of a military veteran. Christian walked me through the process of trapping and relocating our little friend. He was on time, very professional and personable. He and Micah came out a few days later to set the traps. Again, on time and very friendly. A few hours later, we had a trapped raccoon. I was not there when Micah came back to remove her but he was so great with my mom. Very friendly, polite and caring. Our house in St.Pete needed the crawl space and roof areas sealed off from some neighborhood racoons and other pests. Micah was prompt and efficient and pleasant to work with.
