“I just had my Condo In Daytona Beach renovated by Utmost Services after looking for someone that was going to be able do the whole thing for 2 years, what I mean by the whole thing is plumming,, electricity, painting construction, and that will have a license to work in the condo because the HOA is very strict .Jeff Qualify on all of all of the above. Wnen I found Jeff, it was like a blessing from god. He did everything in a timely matter not only he finished on time he did everything within the Budge and ddi a great Job Im in New York so when he said he was finished and I went there to see everything I though I had walk into one of the apartmnents that the properity brothers (on HGTV) renovate. He was so neat I was amased when I open my linen closet , he had taken everything out to paint the inside and then organized and fold everything neatly. He is very professional and an honest guy.“

“After a recent hailstorm in our neighborhood, Southern Oaks, Sheegog representatives showed up and offered to check our roof for damage. After a thorough inspection they found numerous damaged areas and documented them for presentation to our insurance company. In exchange for a commitment to work with them if we decided to proceed with repairs, they would work with the insurance company and provide them with the data to substantiate our damage claim. The insurance company agreed to cover the cost of repairs for the damaged areas only and not the surrounding roof. Sheegog noted that any new material would not match the existing color and that the color was no longer manufactured. After several rounds of negotiations the insurance company finally agreed to cover the cost of replacement. Surely, without their intervention I would still have a 15 year old roof with numerous damaged areas and without any clue that any of that situation existed.
Once the negotiations were complete, Sheegog prepared the necessary permit applications, procured the materials and scheduled the work. The work took approximately three days and the crew involved me in every decision point in the process. The work progressed rapidly and was completed with perfect results. I can wholeheartedly recommend them for their negotiation prowess as well as their high quality workmanship.“

Rick Hartt provided me with a detailed estimate, worked with my insurance company and walked me thru the entire process from start to finish. He answered all my questions and concerns. His customer service is excellent!
Shawn took down my old damaged cage and did an excellent job especially in this unbearable Florida heat. The crew that installed the pool enclosure cage worked hard, in the heat for 7 days and did an awesome job. I am so pleased with the results.
Rebeka, in administration, kept me up to date on the invoices, permits and scheduling. She responded to my inquiries in a timely manner.

“I had a hard time finding someone both qualified and willing to do build-back work (furring strips, vapor barrier, drywall and texture) following mold remediation in my living room. The Handyman Company was very responsive so I went with them. They scheduled someone to come out to start the job within a couple of days of me accepting the proposal.

Patrick worked full days and did a lot of work to put everything back so you could barely tell the walls had been cut out and gutted. He kept everything very clean throughout the process. I recommend Patrick.

I attached a photo of a portion of the finished job. (Priming and painting wasn’t in the scope of work. I’m doing that myself.)

The only complaint I have is the person who quoted the job (not Patrick) under-quoted materials by a lot. The actual materials I was billed for were more than double the estimate, but I looked at the receipts and the overages were bad estimating, not bad purchases.

Edit: Within a few days of job completion several of the drywall seams cracked. I called The Handyman Company for a warranty claim. They sent Patrick back out to fix it. I asked Patrick to remove the mesh tape that he used on those seams and replace it with the paper tape that I already had. He said that was too much work and he wasn't going to do that. Instead he caulked the cracks, which I'm not pleased with.“

Green Energy replaced all of our windows and double sliding glass door last fall. It's been a great experience working with every member of their team. Dana and Elise in the office, Michael with custom window fabrication, Jeremy in sales, Chocho and his team for installation; everyone has been professional and great to work with. I love that our windows have storm security with the lamination, also all the energy efficiency, security and functionality I'd want from new windows. It brings peace of mind when the hurricanes hit. Chocho did a great job on install. He had a tricky job with our older home. It required some minor stucco and framing work to get the windows installed properly. We're very happy with the finished install! They were tested during Hurricane Milton and had no problems at all!

The other reviews stating that it takes 4ish months from order to install are correct. I'm told each window is custom made and in my opinion it's well worth the wait! Also a great option for custom window sizes!“

“We had a sliding door and a new front door installed. Edgar was the crew leader. He and the crew did a fine job installing the doors. We were particularly pleased with how conscientious Edgar was to ensure that everything was done properly, trim was installed neatly, and how careful he and his crew were to protect carpets, flooring, etc. while working. They also did a very nice job cleaning up afterward.

Kelly, the Pella Sales Rep. was also outstanding. She did a fine job her original presentation to us, but also was excellent answering all of our follow-up questions leading up to purchae and the installation.
April, Pella's installation scheduling coordinator, is very good with communication, and in responding promptly to scheduling questions.“

“When the job was finally done, Stefan did an awesome job and was very polite and efficient. My only concern was in the lack of communication of the day the job was to be done. It took four efforts to finally get the screening replaced. Three of those scheduled days they did not show up and the one time that they did show up it was on the wrong day and without the screening. I was ready to pull my hair out especially since getting a call back seemed to be extremely difficult. But now I'm happy with the job and I'm glad it's over and I can move on to my next project.“

“I recently had a pool built by Holland Pools and after, when I inquired about a screen enclosure, Steve Hoskinson, recommended and obtained a quote from Summertime. The price was right and the work started immediately after HOA approval and permitting. It was completed just as quickly, too! “We had 4 polycarbonate skylights decimated by the April 26, 2022 hailstorm that hit South Brevard. Luckily duct tape works well & sealed the gaping holes in our skylights but we were VERY stressed about it.

I called a dozen different roofing companies but could not get ONE estimate! Then I called Clear Vue & Scott Reed said, “We can do it!”

We wanted hurricane rated skylights as we did not want them ever to bust again. This complicated matters as they were on back order for 5 weeks. It also was a hard install as our roof is steep w a 45 degree pitch, but Adam and Christian came through beautifully and we are thrilled!!“

“We first talked with Tim (who came out), and Frank (via their office) several years ago. Also, until spring 2023, for 15 years I lead our HOA ARB team in a +400 home community in Oviedo….I confess to hesitation regarding providing this review because I just read the available reviews going back several years-there are not that many. We DO NOT do politics nor religion! Tim’s second time out I briefly brought up college football and pro baseball. He did not bring up anything except windows and that’s all we discussed. (I don’t listen to radio.). We are very happy with the work and with Tim. I have had my real estate brokers license since 1998. We have a small Oviedo real estate company. So, we have dealt with hundreds of contractors doing work on hundreds of homes over the years. We felt that the installers were extremely skilled and awesome contractors. We felt that the bid, contract, follow up, communication, work and professionalism were the best of the best. We have a ton of experience dealing with companies and contractors who work on the homes we sell. We highly recommend Accurate Windows and Door & Tim & Frank & their contractors…. This has nothing to do with sports nor radio nor politics nor religion. Neither Tim nor anyone connected with Accurate Windows and Doors mentioned religion, politics nor position labels. We do not do get into these things over business. Installing our 7 new windows, which we LOVE and which we feel we got a great price for is what this review is about.
