He was so neat I was amased when I open my linen closet , he had taken everything out to paint the inside and then organized and fold everything neatly. He is very professional and an honest guy.”

We had 4 fairly terrible window replacement quote experiences before our appointment with Pella, so we were concerned this would end up being the same negative encounter. I'm happy to say that was absolutely not the case. Pella did not use any of the aggressive sales tactics that other companies use, respected the amount of time they were in our house, and provided one of the most reasonable quotes we got. I assumed that as a well-known national brand, they'd be higher in cost than most, but that absolutely wasn't the case. Logan has also been really patient along the way, drawing up a few different quotes to help us review all potential feature options before we finalized our decision. Overall, it's been a great experience so far. I'll update my review later on once everything has been installed and the process is complete.”

It took four efforts to finally get the screening replaced. Three of those scheduled days they did not show up and the one time that they did show up it was on the wrong day and without the screening. “We had 4 polycarbonate skylights decimated by the April 26, 2022 hailstorm that hit South Brevard. Luckily duct tape works well & sealed the gaping holes in our skylights but we were VERY stressed about it.<br><br>I called a dozen different roofing companies but could not get ONE estimate! Then I called Clear Vue & Scott Reed said, “We can do it!”<br><br>We wanted hurricane rated skylights as we did not want them ever to bust again. This complicated matters as they were on back order for 5 weeks. It also was a hard install as our roof is steep w a 45 degree pitch, but Adam and Christian came through beautifully and we are thrilled!!”
