I have not met or spoken to a West Shore Home person who wasn't polite, knowledgeable, and eager to be sure they are meeting my expectations.
Peter Saracino listened to what I wanted the new shower to look like, showed me some new products, and ordered exactly what I wanted.
Orlando, Dre, and George arrived to remove my tub and install a shower. They reviewed the products I purchased and the procedure for the day. All three could answer my questions and as a team they were efficient. I stayed out of their way, but when I would check the progress, they were full of praise for each other's work and for my choices.
Kayleen is the very patient and accommodating lady in the office whom I called the next day. After Orlando had put the company review screen on my phone so I could write a review, I quickly messed it up. This was about a special program for the installers and Kayleen wasn't sure about the program so she asked if she could put me on hold and she checked it out for me - and she was cheerful about it. She came back with the information I needed.
Cheerful is the word I would use for all West Shore Home employees. They are all a pleasure to work with and I love my new shower!
