I had two transom windows replaced. The gentleman were very respectful, courteous, and clean up after themselves. Perfect installation. One was named John, but I didn't get the other gentleman's name

I had a very large busted 1980 original picture window glass emergency on a Friday. I called Ace after calling another company first (who said entire window frame/ledge/plaster would need be ripped out by a carpenter, with high expense).
