When they offered to inspect my roof,
I was skeptical and doubtful about how it could possibly have any damage if it looked fine.
But when the Project Manager, Mr. Luis Chang Medina of JAEA (JA Edwards of America, Inc.), brought the inspector,
they found hail damage.
After a dispute lasting a week or two, we took my home insurance company to arbitration, and they agreed to pay for the roof replacement.

This was a self-paid re-roof after 22 years. They were upfront in all of their promises and I paid exactly the agreed upon bid, which was competitive. The work was done on time, and they did an exceptional job considering Florida July rain & heat. Joel Vasquez was my project manager, and he did a fantastic job.
