I got my windows and sliding door three years ago and they work great! Easy to clean and the double panes keep heat out or in depending on what I want. The windows also muffle most noise from outside. Service department did a great job on my install. I recently had to get three glass panes replaced. I called FAS told them I have a problem and they ordered the window panes and when they received the panes they called me to set an appointment for replacement. FAS came and replaced them. No hassle. I recommend FAS Windows and Doors!
