Manuel was on time and investigated and found the source of the leak on my washer. Unfortunately, the part is no longer available, but we figured out how to use the machine and not have the leak. Great job!

Richard was absolutely wonderful. Our issue was intermittent and as it always goes, wasnt acting up during his visit. Despite being unable to recreate the issue on demand, he took the time to listen to our issues/symptoms and treat anything that potentially could be leading to the issue. In addition, he was very courteous and was excellent at communicating on his way/prior to arrival. While there is uncertainty on whether the issue is resolved as it was not active, we feel confident Richard went above and beyond to try to remedy.
Thank you so much!
