“Brandon came out and explained in detail what was needed for my new roof. He provided me with color samples which made it easy to select what I wanted. The crew arrived on time at 7am the worked tirelessly for hours and was done with my new roof before 3pm. I am impressed by the speed and the care the took with removing the old roof. I was sent several pictures during the process and the workmanship looks amazing. Everything was cleaned up once they were done. Thank you for an amazing job.“

“The quote and sales process with Pella has been amazing so far. In particular, our rep, Logan Enderle, has been great. We had 4 fairly terrible window replacement quote experiences before our appointment with Pella, so we were concerned this would end up being the same negative encounter. I'm happy to say that was absolutely not the case. Pella did not use any of the aggressive sales tactics that other companies use, respected the amount of time they were in our house, and provided one of the most reasonable quotes we got. I assumed that as a well-known national brand, they'd be higher in cost than most, but that absolutely wasn't the case. Logan has also been really patient along the way, drawing up a few different quotes to help us review all potential feature options before we finalized our decision. Overall, it's been a great experience so far. I'll update my review later on once everything has been installed and the process is complete.“

“When the job was finally done, Stefan did an awesome job and was very polite and efficient. My only concern was in the lack of communication of the day the job was to be done. It took four efforts to finally get the screening replaced. Three of those scheduled days they did not show up and the one time that they did show up it was on the wrong day and without the screening. I was ready to pull my hair out especially since getting a call back seemed to be extremely difficult. But now I'm happy with the job and I'm glad it's over and I can move on to my next project.“
