The quote and sales process with Pella has been amazing so far. In particular, our rep, Logan Enderle, has been great. We had 4 fairly terrible window replacement quote experiences before our appointment with Pella, so we were concerned this would end up being the same negative encounter. I'm happy to say that was absolutely not the case. Pella did not use any of the aggressive sales tactics that other companies use, respected the amount of time they were in our house, and provided one of the most reasonable quotes we got. not sure which location in NE FL is responsible for post-install customer service operations-- but just had an amazing interaction with Rosalind in customer service who quickly handled the scheduling of a service call on one of our windows. Based on the quality of this single interaction I'm certain that this issue will resolve well.
Kory the service technician was very friendly and knowledgeable! He did an excellent job at replacing the blind inside my Pella door! HeEven took the time To clean the glass after he was finished!
