Very pleased with sales rep Kelly Turner, project team of Emma & Cristina, JT, and installer Jony. Yes, we had hurdles along the way (which prevented 5 star review), but they were factory driven and the team found solutions. The look of the windows exceeded my expectation.

The first experience was with the sales representative, Hugo. He showed me the windows I could get to fit my budget and showed me how they worked, could be cleaned easily, etc. Hugo answered all of my questions and was very helpful.The remeasure tech, William was inon time and was done in under 30 minutes.My coordinator, Emma, was great at keeping me informed about when the windows were supposed to be delivered to Pella, and then setting up the installation dates to coinside with my schedules.The installer, also a Hugo, was very professional, too.
