Theres other (cheaper) options out there, but they either lose your info after you call or disappear after the install has something go wrong. (If they show up at all) He gets it done right the first time. Which is worth a little more money to me than a lot more aggravation elsewhere. Very responsive and honest, so they have my business.“

And to repair it would cost 1/2 the price of a new one. I opted to have a new one installed. The next morning they were there with a new unit. They had it installed by noon time.
