“13 year old heat pump needed main tenance check-up. Serviceman (Mike) arrived in under 2 hrs & wasted no time starting the maintenance. Did very thorough job, satisfactorily answered all our questions, pointed out future potential problems, was very courteous (as was the secretary who took our initial service call request).
Based on the advanced age of our system, we requested an estimate to replace the condenser & air handler. Mike gave us a written estimate with 3 choices, explained the pro's & con's of each, and left the final decision up to us. No hard sale - just straight-forward information of the best product for our needs. We elected to replace our aging unit, and were advised it was in stock and would be installed the next day. “This is the 2nd time I used Juliano Air Conditioning and they are fantastic! The service person who came was very nice and did every step possible to troubleshoot my mini split problems. The previous visit in April went very well but there were new issues unrelated to that visit. The service person fixed everything great! It just needed some cleaning and maintenance to the inner coils and the drain cleaned again but he took the cover off and really checked everything out. Then after this he gave a very reasonable bill! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my air conditioning needs and they are my permanent AC guys. They deserve that 5* rating!“
