“My AC quit at 4 PM ... I called at 5 PM, got a call-back from Cody, and he was here at 9 AM the next day.
My regular AC company would have been much later in the day.
Even though I wasn't (YET!) a customer, Cody went above and beyond.
He got our AC running again, even though the exact part needed was not readily available.
When the part comes in, he will install, but in the meanwhile, we have functioning AC.
