First - it's not a 2 or 3 month process to begin with. I wanna start with that. Set a real expectation, otherwise you'll get upset. Do it when you ready.
We talked to all 3 companies that doing lifting house in our area. Davie has the most experience and we did not feel like we are testing/learning subject like the other 2 companies. Communication was great to begin with and continues to be great. Ed came to our house with in a week and we got the estimate. The quote just includes lifting, you must get contractor to take over or get home owner permit. The company will work with you. The other company never came to the house, we got quote when they look at the floor plan online. With this amount of money, it's a slap in the face.
Then, we know that St pete city will take 6 more months for permit approval, it took us 10 months.
We was notified about the crew coming to start project 2 mo beforehand so we could find place to live.
First lift was amazing, I took day off to watch and we are up 5 feet in 48 hr. There is a small crack on the stone tile inside the house, easy fix.
now we are waiting for next process - pouring and second stage lifting.

Vernon, the lift engineer is truly amazing, knowledgeable and kind. He'll answer any of you questions. I met him by accident 4 houses away immediate after Helene. He was doing the lifting on our neighbor. I walked over at the site. He just introduced himself and explain the process. At that time, I knew nothing about it, he is the main reason we decided to lift.
Jensen, the ground engineer is super helpful and responsive.
I also encounter with others at the office Grace, Aliana, Jessica and Stewart, they all been really helpful.
Best painter i know, he's always done all my painting at a fair price and he doesnt cheap out on materials, uses the good stuff that will last.

Tropical cleaning cleans our medical office. They have a schedule that provides top to bottom cleaning and nothing is ever missed. They help us problem solve if we are having any issues and I never have to worry if the job will be complete. After watching them clean one day when I was working late in the office, I decided to have them clean my home as well. Spectacular! This is a hard working family who have thought of everything required for a clean and well maintained business or home!!
Our Goldendoodle from Dawn is 10 years old, 11 later this month. I can't even put into words how perfect this dog is, he is happy, healthy, loving/affectionate, well mannered, and incredibly smart. We had a great experience with Dawn. We will definitely be purchasing another dog from her in the future.

I am a snowbird from Ohio spending the winter in Arcadia FL and I could not go all winter without a hair trim. The Cutting Edge was recommended by a friend and I made an appointment with Blanca. I only wanted a trim and she did exactly what I asked. Three weeks later I decided I wanted to go much shorter and again Blanca cut as I asked. I really like my cut- a little extreme for me- but I am glad Blanca did such a good job!
The Dominican/Cuban barber here does an amazing job with hair! It's a welcoming vibe and has a salon in the back located conveniently right next door to a good taco and ice cream spot. Will definitely return

This is our second time ordering sod from Agriscape. I just wanted to write a quick review and commend this company on their prompt and wonderful service! Shout out to Alana (customer service) and Pablo (delivery driver). Our first order was a rather large one and my most recent order was one pallet. It didn't matter; large order or small order, it all was handled with the utmost professionalism and care, thanks to these two. Thank you!
Found a great landscaper that is willing to listen to your ideas and provide professional advice to meet your vision within budget. My project involved redoing a 20 year old Nature scape that basically hid my house from the rest of the world! Oscar and his team put in two days and carted out two truckloads of yard trimmings to transform my 1/3 acre of land into a serene, yet private facade. Would recommend him highly. ..Am including before and after photos for your perusal.
Great experience with getting 19 pallets of sod delivered and installed. Chatted with a few of the delivery driver and crew. Super nice and helpful. Shared advice for my home project. Stephanie at the office took several of my calls for questions and delivery and was very nice and patient. Highly recommend this company.
I really appreciate the job they did on my huge oak trees and canal palms. I most appreciate the fact that Paulino listened to what I wanted and then made suggestions for the aesthetics and health of the trees. We came to an agreement of what was best for all and they carried it out. Their clean up was good and the overall appearance of the trees is astounding. They even moved a security camera from one of the trees and put it back when they had finished. The bucket truck was not feasible for some areas but they figured it out. They overcame all the obstacles on this property and got the job done. I certainly will hire them again to care for my trees.
We had a huge Ficus and a very tall pine tree come down during Ian. I had spoken to a few tree removal companies but just did not get a comfortable feel for their ability to handle the job. I reached out to Hector at HB and he was very professional and was out at the job site the next day to quote on the job. Although it was an incredibly big job needing a huge stump removal and smoothing out the job to finish, I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing and would do his very best. We could not be happier with the result! Although we no longer have our lovely shade trees, the yard is cleared and ready to plant with some new trees and landscaping! Thanks to Hector and his professionalism and great quality work!

We brought our Chihuahua in to the Humane Society in Sebring because we live 4 miles from there and Dr. McNulty was on call. We were so happy he explained everything to us he went above and beyond for a Chihuahua who was now doing great we only wish he was working here in Sebring.
Traveling, was from out of town. My Chihuahua was having pain and not acting himself. Dr. Crankshaw was very comforting and explained things and course of action he wanted to take to help my baby. Not as expensive as my regular vet. Great service and very reasonable prices.
