Another company I reached out to never got back to me when I asked further questions about our setup even after they had done our recent AC work. Needless to say we will be sticking with Shaffer Beacon from here on our!We found out our unit was hooked up all wrong and Shaffer Beacon came within days to fix our situation. They give a very detailed qoute that was affordable and Brent explained every step of the process and educated us on why we needed a different furnace setup and why ours was unsafe.They showed up prompt on Monday and spent two days completely redoing our furnace setup. “First off, I have to state the owner is super responsive. I had a situation where over the winter my pipes burst and I honestly didn't know who to turn to in crunch time, so I just gave it a shot and gave a call. To my surprise he was able to come out the same day and was able to complete the job. The came back to fix something else that I couldn't do myself. And on top of that I had another leak in which AGAIN he was able to come out the same day and fix it. Highly recommend him and his partner.“
