He replaced the cold water shuf-off valve and the ice maker shut-off valve under the kitchen sink and installed a Moen Adler kitchen faucet we purchased beforehand. The faucet being replaced had sediment build-up in the filter of the aerator, and it had been installed only eight months prior by another plumber. (We had to buy new because the aerator could not be detached, and we could not match the spray wand.) Vilem suggested that one explanation for the rapid sediment build-up was dirty water from excavation work at our site that came in from the main water line at the time the faucet was installed. To prevent that from occurring again, he made certain to have the main run off on a spigot before connecting the new faucet. Vilem was extremely reasonable in his pricing, and he made himself available in a timely manner. We couldn't be happier. He went above and beyond.“
