Dan came out when I woke up to a gushing hot water heater. He moved with urgency to ensure the power and water were turned off to the unit. During his visit he was able to get us booked for a new water heater. He and Matt came back the following morning and got right to work. They were no nonsense and swapped out the old with the new. The price was very reasonable and they even hualed away the old one for us. Within 24 hours of my emergency my hot water was back on. Ru0026E gained a new customer with this experience. If you're in the market for the services thay offer, I highly recommend you give them a call. You won't regret it. Thank you again guys.

I have to totally Thank Matt for being very professional, tolerant, honest, and quick to respond to our week of need.MY husband was away on a golf trip when our hot water heater decided to leak in the basement.I knew he had already checked out R & E heating for a replacement , but I didn't want a on demand hot water heater, so I delayed the having it done sooner than later.Matt answered my "crisis" call and was at my home in a few hours.
