We have been with Hocon for years and always have experienced great service with a professional and friendly attitude. They explain everything to you and always answer any questions or concerns.
Installers were fast, efficient and very friendly. My only disappointment was their inability to connect my gas grill to the tanks, due to a crimped connector on my grill. Seemed like Hocon should have been prepared for that, since the grill was a well-known brand.
Special thanks for Karen who she went above and beyond to help me ! I did request new service with very short notice and I wanted to setup everything within a week ! And it impossible to do it with other gas companies but Karen made it happened ! Thank you so much for all the help it was such an amazing experience ! And I’m so glad I did the service with you guys ! Highly recommended !
