So I called for a service cleaning and thank god I did, my furnace and the filter hadn't been touched in years. Way before I bought my home. I can not tell you how pleased I am with the service I received. My technician was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I have definitely found my forever services with pelletier. And I am also pleasedwith the price I paid. Thank you for your outstanding service Scott Williams from Pelletier....
After waking up to no heat, they were prompt in sending assistance over. They arrived right at the starting portion of the window making them very efficient. They were able to fix our furnace promptly. Thank you to Scott for the work that he did in helping repair our Furnace.
We called 3 HVAC companies.Pelletier offered the earliest appointment time with an affordable rate for a service call. Bill Berg was the tech mission deployed to our home. He thoroughly explained what was going on with our heating system the steps he took to fix the system. He explained the ricing structure for the current service and the prices for a service contract with the company. We will use Pelletier for all of our future heating needs.
