Paid $299 plus tax for Ty's visit which is on high end of maintenance but the job was completed thoroughly and the appointment was scheduled much sooner than the other 3 competitors I spoke to were. Communication was most appreciated facet of the whole deal, Lisa texted in real time on Ty's whereabouts so I could miss least amount of workday while making it home for aptmt. Ty's communication was excellent as well. Have another temperature zoning or thermostat movement job pending that they will definitely be in the running for.
