“Shaffer Beacon has been our condo association HVAC contractor. Many of us also use them to maintain our AC units, 2-ton, mostly on rooftops. Their technicians are very skilled, and they are cost effective and affordable. I recommend them for your AC work.”
“Hi All,
This team is beyond amazing! They know I have a disabled son who can’t tolerate heat which causes seizures. When my AC/CA/HVAC kicked today in the heat wave, I was completely panicked!
I only left 1 message for this family run business & they were at my home within 2 hours!! I would recommend this family business to everyone!
There’s nothing like a “good old family business” to step up!!
Ian, Chis & the entire team are dedicated, responsible & truly care about family emergencies.
Denise, Emily & Ryan DeSimone

“Always very reliable and best prices for oil. I highly recommend Advanced. We had all our HVAC Installed and maintained for over 20 years and also highly recommend.”
