I had an emergency at my house that left us unable to use our water or any other plumbing over-night on a Sunday. I called Mike first thing Monday morning, and he came to my house within a few hours. He was friendly and professional, and stayed until the job was done, troubleshooting until he found the exact problem and fixed it. He even made an improvement on a part that was needed on the pump, that should have been done by previous owners. And, he was very nice to my dog! :) Just a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend him to all.
Amazing! Had a broken toilet that was at risk of flooding house. We had to turn off all the water. Spoke with Mike about 7:30 am on a Saturday, by 9:15am toilet and shut off valve were repaired completely! Cost of services was very reasonable. Will definitely be using Mascetti Plumbing again to have work.done. Thank you Mike
In the midst of a potential crisis, I called Mascetti's and not only did they help, but potentially saved us a lot of money! Told him what the issue was, and he was able to talk me through it based on his years of experience, without wasting his time or our money to have him come out for something super simple.
